My stay at Arenas del Mar had its ups and downs. The room had issues with the AC and a slippery floor, but they upgraded us to a master suite with a free night after I reported it. Unfortunately, the dirty towels and floors were a nightmare. I couldn't enjoy the pool due to an injury from slipping, and they didn't cover my medical expenses. The lack of follow-up after my complaint was disappointing.

The staff did relocate us to a Master Suite and offered one free night, but I believe more compensation was warranted given the inconveniences.
